Live Help System
The United Kingdom division is the first division to use a fully integrated live help system on the division website.
To use it, follow these step by step instructions:
- The Live Help link can be found along the top menu of the website. When there is a member of staff online in the system, it will show "ONLINE". When there is no staff online at the moment, it will show "OFFLINE". (When no one is online you can still leave a message which will be emailed to the relevant staff member).
- Click the live help link and a new dialog window will open.

- In this dialog window, select the department you would like to reach. If the department you would like is not online, select the "General" deparment or any other department that you feel may be able to help you with your request. Enter your name and email address in the spaces provided. Enter the question you would like answering.

- Press "Chat". A member of staff will be contacted. You can then ask as many questions as you like.
